You can contact us by phone during normal office hours (Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.) at 405-329-0121.

We have four full-time operators to answer the phones. If the operators are busy please remain on the line. Below are the extensions for the nurses. Contact the nurse if you are trying to reach a physician or nurse practitioner. The staff will contact you at their first opportunity when you leave a message. Please allow up to 24 hours for appointment and prescription requests.
